I’m a Vietnamese-Norwegian researcher and strategist focused on AI infrastructure and compute governance, with an emphasis on international coalition-building.

As Researcher, I'm currently working on Shared Compute Hubs, in collaboration with the Oxford Martin AI Governance Initiative. I also contriubte at the AI Collective Institute and the Future Economies Kuwait Research Lab (FEKR) at Columbia University.

In the Diplomatic realm I've worked for the Norwegian Embassy in India and the United Nations in Geneva. 

As Musician, I've led cultural diplomacy initiatives across Europe and India and serve as Treasurer at the Vietnamese Creative Society (VCS NYC).

I'm also an avid language learner and speak German, French, Vietnamese, English and Norwegian fluently.
