I’m a Vietnamese-Norwegian researcher and strategist seeking to elevate the discourse on AI, diaspora politics, and global governance. 

As Researcher, I've finished an MA at Columbia University, published on AI policy in the U.S, Europe, India and Vietnam and conducted technical ML research on educational attainment. I currently contribute to the AI Collective Institute, the Future Economies Kuwait Research Lab (FEKR), and the Equitable Compute Agenda.

As Consultant & Strategist, I've advised on tech policy and immigrant integration in the U.S. and Norway. 

In the Diplomatic realm I've worked for the Norwegian Embassy in India and the United Nations in Geneva. 

As Musician, I've led cultural diplomacy initiatives all over Europe and India. I'm also fundraisng lead at the Vietnamese Creative Society (VCS NYC).

I'm also an avid language learner and speak German, French, Vietnamese, English and Norwegian fluently.
